The project NEW (NODE Eyde Women) means that NCE NODE and the EYDE network have started a strategic initiative for the region’s development, based on women’s perspectives, experience and expertise.

NEW is a women’s network for the companies in the NODE cluster and the Eyde network. The board of NEW has now defined which areas will be the focus of its work.   The aim is to promote good stories about women, to make them visible and make sure that positive developments continue.

The board of NEW is:

Gro Knutsen (OSM Offshore), Kristin Wallem Timenes (Aker Solutions), Tora Hansen-Tangen (Aker Solutions), Colleen Dalane Sibsrud (National Oilwell Varco), Siri Tønnesen (GE Healtcare), Gro Eide (Elkem Solar), Kjersti Ruud (Xtrata Nikkelverk), Helene Falch Flademark (Eyde network) and Helene Ranestad (NODE).

Five areas have been prioritised for further work:
