NODE Junior

NODE Junior is an advisory body to top management in NODE. Members of NODE Junior must be younger than 30, and the mandate is to provide advice about what they feel is important so that the cluster can live up to its vision of remaining world-leading.

NODE Junior works systematically and well, with four-five meetings per year. The high point of recent years has been the study visit to Oslo.  In 2010, NODE Junior visited the Storting (parliament), OED and NFR; a very educational trip with many useful inputs.

The project has undergone a change recently, as a number of participants have left due to the 30-year age limit. There are now new members and Torleif Aanundsen from NOV has been elected as new the head, taking over from Andreas Jørgensen who had led the group from the beginning.
